We're Home Owners!

On Tuesday we closed on our house.  We're very excited!  After we closed, Derek had to take a test.  Then we went to the house.  The plan was to measure the rooms and check a few things, but as soon as we got there Derek just went crazy.  He took down all of the ceiling tiles upstairs and tore down most of the wall paper in the house (it came down super easy, woo hoo).  I figured we would take the traditional family pic holding our key or something, but my hard working husband was to busy, so I just took pics of him working instead.  There is A LOT of work to do, so I'm very thankful that he is capable and willing.  He got lots of tools today on black Friday deals, so he's in hog heaven.  I'm anxious to get my hands dirty too, but having Eli around makes it a bit tough.
