Big Boy

Our Eli is getting to be such a big boy!

He has his first tooth, which, I might add, is not very easy to get a picture of.  You can see it now when he smiles though, so cute.

He can swing in the toddler swing at the park.  He likes it, but holds on tight.

He can even stand up by himself, if he has a table or something to lean on.  He thinks he is so big standing up in his size 2 shoes.

And, his latest accomplishment is picking up cheerios and putting them in his mouth.  He hasn't mastered this skill yet, but most of the time he can get it in there.  He didn't want to eat this particular cheerio, so he just put it in  his mouth for practice and then spit it out.  It landed and stuck on his chin.  You can see his tooth in this photo too.

Eli's so big and cute! Every time I read your "what's for dinner" section it makes my mouth water and then I feel guilty because I cooked my husband spam and eggs for dinner:p
Post some recipes please!:) Hope you guys are doing good. Take Care.
PS Great team this year...go sooners!

Eli is such a big boy! Zoe is just starting to cut her first tooth and I basically hate how grumpy she is. Did Eli have any trouble eating cheerios? I have been giving Zoe plain rice cakes and she loves those. Hope you guys are doing good.

Zoe loves the rice cakes and graham crackers. I break them up into kinda big pieces so she will just suck on them..I'm so scared of her chocking!! I tried the cheerios and she get the funniest expression on her face and it makes me laugh so hard!! Do you just cute grapes, raisins, and blueberries into little pieces? And how big do you make the bread bits? I want to move her onto other finger foods but just feel nervous. I'll try the cheese for sure that sounds awesome!
