We have a contract on a craftsman bungalow built in 1920. It needs a lot of cosmetic work, but it's a really cool house. If all goes according to plan, we are set to close on Dec. 2nd.
stairs (sweet carpet huh) there are wood floors underneath, stained glass windows in what will be our master bedroom
